One of my first forays into B2B content was also one of the largest I’ve worked on — both in terms of company size and project scale.
Working with One North, a leading digital agency, I helped with an overhaul and relaunch of this Fortune 500 insurance company’s global website.
I was responsible for researching, writing, and SEO optimizing more than 100 pages of B2B and B2B2C content. Throughout the process, I conducted stakeholder interviews, incorporated client feedback into revisions, and collaborated on strategy.
The pages we wrote were mainly technical pages for specific insurance products like a Cyber insurance landing page, a page for one of their web apps, or even smaller pages for individual products I didn't know existed before writing them such as kidnapping insurance.
Beyond that I also got to work on DEI pages, brand storytelling, partnership initiatives, employee profiles, and more, some of which you can see below.
